AUDIOSLAVE

Preorders for Revelations are and have been available as well as the ability to sample the "Original Fire" song.

Honestly, its a different sound, but I still like it. I loved the first one, second one was different but I enjoyed it as well, and I'm sure that the third is going to be good. I mean.. they are talented musicians.. they know rock n roll.. its tough for them to put out something bad. It's just hard for them to live up to the hype and previous albums.

I am a huge Audioslave fan! I also love Soundgarden and Chris Cornell has the most amazing voice. When he hooked up with the other members of Audioslave, there was a different sound from what he did with Soundgarden but still a very cool one. I always buy any CD they put out.

Shit,it sucks Audioslave split.But his solo album "Carry on" kicks ass.His cover of billie jean is awesome.

I prefer Cornell solo or with Soundgarden. Rage Against the Machine was great too. For some reason Audioslave never did it for me. I don't think Cornell's heart was in it.

I never really got into Audioslave in a big way either. The first couple of singles from that first album were amazing but I lost interest after that.

Audioslave is a band I thought would suck - wasnt sure if Rage + Cornell would do it, but man they are one of the best bands to come along in the past 10-20 years I think.

Audioslave were good but the combination of who were involved was clear it wouldn't last. Cornell broke up Soundgarden while they were still doing well. I guess he wants to do his own thing. I'm not a fan of it but there are people who are buying it. I wonder if Rage Against The Machine will ever do another record.
