he says its new and its not just big n rich singing it.

Have you tried searching in Google by typing in the lyrics you know, then ,lyrics and see if something pops up?

Just ran a search and I didn't come up with anything, but as a quintessential B$R fan I know for a fact they never wrote a song with those lyrics. They might have collaborated with somebody else, like they did with Hank Williams for "Dixie".
