Cool Great country sound--Eli Young Band
I'm so into the Eli Young Band and their song When It Rains on their myspace.com/eliyoungband page. I've been a fan of theirs for the longest time now and I'm really diggin their new stuff from their Jet Black & Jealous CD comin out 9/16. maybe they'll perform their newer and older stuff when I see em live with my umgd friend in a couple weeks in TX. anyone else diggin their stuff?

I was lucky enough to catch them live in Fort Worth last year...these guys are something special. First song of theirs I ever heard was "Oklahoma Girl" and I was hooked...later on I heard "So Close Now" and it totally related to my situation at the time (moving out of my hometown FINALLY)...I really love these guys. You should check out their fan_page over at Yoozur -- I found out they're connected to the Rock_the_Vote campaign, which just impresses me even more. Can't wait to hear the new record when it drops!

Eli Young Band is great! I love their songs...My favorite is Small Town Girl. I hear their next single is Always the Love Songs.
